Monthly Fees

from September 2011 to September 2012

EYFE Additional Hours

If your child attends either a morning or afternoon EYFE session, they can stay for additional hours at the end of their session. The cost of additional hours is £5.00 per additional hour plus a charge of £1.90 for Lunch or Tea.

Payment

Parents/Carers can pay by standing order, by using childcare vouchers or a combination of both. Fees are payable monthly in advance. Loseley Fields Children’s Centre calculates the nursery fees by the hourly rate, multiplying it by fifty weeks and dividing by twelve equal months. The calculation allows you to pay a regular amount each month, whether it is a four or five week month. The fees take into account for the five INSET days from January to December and a week’s closure at Christmas.

When your child is moving up to the next age group and the fee rate changes, this will be applied from your child’s birthday.

One month's written notice must be given of any increase or decrease to your child's hours or days. This may be in the form an email to the Childcare Manager at childcare@loseleyfieldscc.com

These can be purchased directly via your employer through your salary, providing tax and NI savings.

EYFE (Early Years Free Entitlement)

Children are entitled to 15 hours’ free early years education per week from the term after their 3rd birthday. If you would like to use your entitlement, please speak to the Childcare Manager as to how it can be used over the sessions you will be attending.

The above fees for 3 - 5 year olds do not have the entitlement deducted; this amount will be deducted when it is decided how many hours will be used per session. Please note that over two full days only 13 hours can be used.

NB: There is a one-off £50 Registration Fee, unless your child is receiving the EYFE.
